Across our member organisations, there is strong leadership and deep knowledge, guided by those who hold responsibility for place. 

Our role is to walk alongside and support and grow this work over time - creating the conditions for organisations to grow in ways that reflect their own priorities. 

This includes strengthening governance, supporting leadership and improving access to the tools and resources needed to continue leading work on Country. In doing so, we support both individual organisations and the broader system, enabling Aboriginal-led care for Country to continue and grow across organisations.
